StreamingFor a small agency, three tools come up most. Northdesk is the easiest to set up and has a free tier. Kettle suits teams juggling many client projects, and Loopwise is the cheaper pick if you mainly need a shared pipeline.

The problem
Buyers now ask an assistant instead of searching. If the answer names your competitors and not you, the customer is gone before the visit, and nothing in Analytics or Search Console shows it.
Today
Typing prompts into four assistants, screenshotting answers, pasting them into a spreadsheet. Slow, inconsistent, and out of date next week.
With Seenby
Every prompt asked on a schedule, every answer recorded, your share of voice compared with competitors, and a list of what to fix.
How it works
Ask. Record. Recommend.
Answers vary from run to run, so Seenby asks each prompt a few times and reports a share, not a single yes or no.
- 1Ask
Your prompts, asked everywhere.
Add your brand, 3–10 competitors and the questions buyers ask. Seenby runs each one against every assistant, a few times, weekly or daily.

FAQ
Questions, answered.
Which AI assistants will Seenby check?
ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI answers. We start with the assistants that have stable official APIs and add others as they open up.
How do you get the answers? Do you scrape the assistants?
No. Seenby uses each provider's official API, choosing web-search-enabled variants where available so the answers match what people see. Google's AI answers come through a licensed search-data provider. We don't scrape consumer apps.
AI answers change every time you ask. How can that be measured?
Each prompt is run a few times per check, and Seenby reports a share (how often you were mentioned, and where) instead of a single yes or no. Running checks every week or every day then shows the trend.
Will Seenby rewrite my website so the assistants cite me?
No. For every prompt where you are missing, Seenby shows the pages the assistant cited instead and recommends concrete fixes, such as a comparison page, an FAQ, structured data, an llms.txt file or third-party listings. You or your team make the changes.
Can an agency use it for several clients?
Yes. The planned Agency plan covers up to 15 brands and sends a monthly report per client, white-labelled with your branding.
Does it work for other countries and languages?
Not in the first version. Per-country and per-language results, by running prompts with locale hints, are planned for version 2.
When can I use it, and what happens when I join the waitlist?
Seenby is in validation: we're building it if enough people want it. Join the list and you'll get an email when the free one-off check opens. That check needs no account. We won't send anything else.
